NMB Chiefs wrestlers win Lower State Championship with 44-22 win over Airport

The North Myrtle Beach High School Chiefs wrestling team won 10 of 13 matches on Wednesday evening to vault themselves into the championship this Saturday. The Chiefs beat an excellent Airport High School team to earn the right to play Eastside High School, last year’s champions. The Chiefs will meet Eastside at 3:30 p.m. at Airport High School in West Columbia. Full story on the matches will be in next week’s edition.
