Six teams representing city

The 2019 spring baseball and softball all stars are in full swing for the city of North Myrtle Beach Parks and Recreation department. Six teams are representing NMB in their respective district tournaments over the next couple of weeks in hopes of making it to the state tournaments. These indviduals were chosen as top players in their league by the coaches to represent the city of North Myrtle Beach.

Currently, the 7-8 year old machine pitch baseball team is competing in Green Sea Floyds with the tournament wrapping up on the 19th. Also, the 13-14 year old Dixie Boys baseball team is playing in Aynor this week with the last night being the 19th. Up next will be the 9-10 year old Angels softball team and 11-12 year old Ponytail softball team competing in Lake View and Latta respectively on Thursday, June 20. And finally the 9-10 year old Minors baseball team and the 11-12 year old Majors Ozone team will be playing in Georgetown on June 21st.
