Lillie Mae Hodge Graham Miller

Lillie Mae Hodge Graham Miller, 74, of Loris passed away on Monday, July 29, 2019, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, N.C. She was born on Feb. 22, 1945, in Green Sea, to the late Curtis Hodge and the late Annie Lee Todd Hodge Strickland. Mrs. Miller was a member of Wayside Baptist Church and worked as a supervisor at Loris Manufacturing until her retirement.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn Miller of Loris; two sons, Ricky Dale Graham and wife Chip of Chadbourn, N.C., and Major Sammy Joe Graham and wife Lacey of Fort Bliss, Texas; her daughter, Linda Tyree of Chadbourn; many loving step-children; two brothers, Monroe Hodge and Curtis Ray Hodge, both of Tabor City, N.C.; two sisters, Rosie Lee Cumber of Wilmington, N.C., and Janice Rhue of Tabor City, NC; five grandchildren, Stephen Cartrette, Garet Tyree, Porter Graham, Loretta Edwards and Molly Graham; three great-grandchildren; 13 step-children, Carolyn Parks, Ritze Forrester, Tony Graham, Teresa Anderson, Malinda Belcher, Amos Miller, Barbara Miller, E.K. Miller, James Miller, J.R. Miller, Kathy Miller, Shawn Miller and Glenda Nunez; 43 step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller was predeceased by her first husband, C.A. Graham Jr.; two brothers, J.C. Hodge and William Henry Hodge; and her sister, Katie Mae Bell.

Visitation was be held on Wednesday, July 31, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1, at New Life Community Baptist Chapel with Pastor Colter Fox and the Rev. Reece Housand officiating.
