Patricia Ann Cribb Phipps, 69, of Milwaukee, Wis., passed away on Monday, Aug. 19, 2019, at Clement Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. She was born on April 10, 1950, to Earl Monroe Cribb and Mary Pearl Martin Cribb. Mrs. Phipps served her country with courage and honor in the United States Army.
Survivors include her son, John Smith of Tabor City, N.C.; her two daughters, Laura Smith of Milwaukee, and Elizabeth Gonzalez of Cherry Valley, Calif.
Mrs. Phipps was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Charles William Phipps.
Services were private.
