Robert Paul Arbott, 82, of Carlisle, Pa., formerly of Little River and Myrtle Beach, died on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at his residence. He was born on November 30, 1936, in New Kensington, Pa., to the late Peter Paul and Catherine (Kregiel) Arbott.
Robert owned several businesses on the Grand Strand before relocating to Pennsylvania and becoming a salesman for Men’s Warehouse until his retirement.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Donna (Irvine) Arbott.
He is survived by his wife, Jean (Hannagan) Arbott of Carlisle; his son, Donald (Ruthanne) Arbott of Little River; his daughters, Marcia (Warren) Walker of Little River, Toni Long of Longs, and Robbie-Jean Arbott of Philadelphia, Pa.; a sister, Nancy Baron of San Jose, Calif.; and two grandchildren, Deven Lee Arbott and Kala Long Landrum.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlisle with interment in St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory at 2020 West Trindle Road in Carlisle.
