The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, CVB is proud to recognize all the small and locally owned businesses in the city of North Myrtle Beach as the November 2019 Business of the Month.
The Saturday after Thanksgiving is always recognized as “Small Business Saturday”, an advertising program developed by American Express. The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, CVB is taking that one step further and is encouraging shoppers to visit small and locally owned businesses every day of the year, not just on Small Business Saturday.
Pete Brooks, Chief of Staff for the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, said, “There are over 28.8 small businesses in the United States. Small and locally owned businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They are the largest employer in the United States. In the city of North Myrtle Beach, we are very fortunate to have an estimated 1,866 small businesses, and that number is growing. They each play a vital role in our local economy and it’s imperative we support them.”
Please join the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce in recognizing, congratulating and supporting our locally owned small businesses as the Chamber’s November 2019 Business of the Month.
When shopping, the Chamber recommends you “Shop Small and Shop Locally” not only on Small Business Saturday, but every day of the year.
