Charles Joseph Seymour Jr.

Charles Joseph Seymour Jr., 62, of Loris passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at McLeod Loris Hospital in Loris. He was born on Dec. 31, 1957, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Charles Joseph Seymour Sr. and the late Marion Brady Seymour. Mr. Seymour retired from Jersey Central Power and Light as an electrician and was a Catholic.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Seymour of the home; three sons, Joseph Charles Seymour and fiancé Kelsie Umlauf of Manahawkin, N.J., Matthew John Seymour of Rindge, N.H., and Gannon Shanley of Wanaque, N.J.; two daughters, Laura Cabrera and husband Adrian of Severville, Tenn., and Jaimee Drake of Clearwater, Fla.; six grandchildren, Landon Charles Seymour, Samantha Gibbelino, Olivia Cabrera, Ethan Cabrera, Luke Drake and Jadon Drake; and two sisters, Veronica Crellin of Washington and Peggy Marchese of Manchester, N.J.

Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 5, at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tim Osment officiating. The family received friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, June 5, at Hardwick Funeral Home.
