The GFWC North Myrtle Beach Woman’s Club’s Annual Candlelight Christmas Tour of Homes is scheduled for Friday evening, December 7th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and the public is welcomed to attend.
Six home interiors decorated for the holiday season will be open for public viewing. The homes of Peter and Cory Winn, Pam Huey, Amber and John Stephenson, and Ann Swain will be on the tour, as well as two model homes in Bridgewater and Seabrook Plantation. The tour proceeds will allow the club to raise monies for local charities.
The Winn home located in Hidden Brooke in Little River serves up a rustic farmhouse Christmas décor. You will be greeted by an antique family sled and trees decorated with traditional and family collected ornaments. The farmhouse decor and decorations are prominent throughout the home and call to memory the Christmases of yesteryear.
The Huey home, located in Seabrook Plantation, will serve up six Christmas trees, and lots of fresh greenery, candles, and lights in every corner with a whimsical touch reflecting the homeowner’s fun personality. Several collections of crystal and travel memorabilia will be showcased with touches of the holiday spirit to delight the eyes.
The Stephenson home is a striking two story home located in the community of Seaside Plantation. Christmas is a favorite holiday for this homeowner who loves decorating. Several Christmas trees and lots of garland, wreaths and candles compliment the homes holiday collections of antique Santas and Christmas figurines.
The Swain Home, located in Windy Hill overlooking the marsh, is an open floorplan bringing the beautiful water scenery into the home. A Christmas wonderland with decorations of soft and shimmering hues of white and silver are tastefully displayed throughout the home.
The Bridgewater model home offers a traditional Christmas décor on a backdrop of luxury and comfort. The Seabrook Plantation, model home designed for entertaining and relaxation, displays lush Christmas greenery and an abundance of Christmas candles and decor.

Connie Holston, Tour Chairperson, encouraged everyone to attend. “Our homeowners have been so gracious to open their homes. Our program sponsors are the best, too! The efforts of these two groups really help us to continue giving scholarships. Last year we gave several $1,000 scholarships to NMB High School students. We also contribute to many local charities throughout the year. Please purchase your ticket and join us on the 7th to enjoy the Christmas spirit all provided by the homeowners and our program sponsors.”
