Members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting of the Little River Water and Sewerage Company, Inc. in the Conference Room at the Little River Water and Sewerage Office at 2375 Hwy. 111 in Little River on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be available.
The purpose of the annual meeting is to elect members to serve as directors and to present other business outlined in the agenda. This year they will be electing three directors to fill three-year terms. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for registration.
The Board of Directors have received Notices of Intent to Run from one incumbent and two new candidates for the three open seats. The eligible incumbent is Steve Smith. The two new candidates are Joe Floyd and Paula Gore. They have been selected and deemed qualified by the Nomination Committee to fill this year’s choice of nominees for directors.
