John R. Cunningham Jr. of Tabor City, N.C., went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, July 26, 2019. Mr. John was born in Altoona, Pa., a son of the late John R. Cunningham Sr. and the late Grace Cunningham. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War. Jerry Wayne Cox of Longs was born to Fannie Virginia Prince and Dayton Paul Cox of Longs on Feb. 8, 1954. He passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019, after a short illness at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Jerry attended Loris High School, graduating in 1972. Danny Mitchel Wright, 70,  of Florence passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Florence Commander Nursing Facility.
