Dennis Charles Klein, 73, of North Myrtle Beach passed away on Sunday Dec. 15, 2019, at home surrounded by his loving family.
Born on April 5, 1946, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Charles E. and Grace Metzner Klein. He served in the army at MacDill AFB, Fla. and made a 30+ year career with IBM before retiring with his first wife, Bettye, to North Myrtle Beach.
Klein is survived by his wife, Barbara Holstein Klein; his daughter, Dawn Klein Longman; granddaughter, Iselle Longman and sister, Sheryl Klein DeSantis.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bettye Snooks Klein. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020, in Lee Funeral Home Chapel.
