Donald E. Wright

Donald E. Wright, 79, of Little River died on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, with his family by his side. He was born on Oct. 21, 1939, in Columbus County, N.C., to George W. and Margaret Ward Wright.

Mr. Wright was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by three daughters, Teresa West (Bill), Donna Spencer and Tina Wright; brother, Roger Wright (Shelby); and sister, Shirley Hilburn; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, Dec. 28, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Lakeside Baptist Church in North Myrtle Beach. Visitation was from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial followed at 3 p.m. at Oleander Memorial Gardens with military honors, in Wilmington, N.C.
