Both syrups include locally made honey from Glenn Tyler’s family farm located in Loris. Tyler has been a sideliner beekeeper since 1980 with 50 to 60 hives that he has named Southern Crest Apiaries. He has been a member of the Southern Carolina Beekeepers Association (SCBA) since 1982; a state-wide beekeeping organization that has up of 20 local associations. Tyler was president of the Horry County Beekeepers Association (HCBA) which covers the lower Pee Dee area.
