The North Myrtle Beach Parks & Recreation Department announces its next Pedal in the Park with a Superhero theme.
Bring your bicycles out to the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex on Friday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. for a leisurely three mile starlit bike ride. The ride starts at sunset (approximately 7:15 p.m.) and will begin and end at the amphitheater. There will also be a one mile junior course.
This is not a race, so you can bike at your own pace.
The North Myrtle Beach Pilot Club will be in attendance to educate brain and helmet safety by conducting a short puppet show and will be donating helmets to attendees before the ride kicks off. Arrive on time at 6:30 p.m. to catch the show!
Riders are encouraged to stick around after the event for the dance party with Superhero themed activities that is sure to be a “Heroic” time! The Parks and Recreation Department will provide complementary water, lemonade and light refreshments after the ride. This is a freefamily event that will be sure to get the whole family moving.
