Janice Annabel Todd Fowler, 72, of Loris passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2020. Mrs. Fowler was born on Aug. 6, 1948, in Loris, to the late Donnie Horry Todd and the late Chellie Elizabeth Gerald Todd. She retired from Horry County Schools and was a longtime member of Cherry Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of thirty-two years, Eldred Fowler; two sons, Dean Strickland and wife Pam of Loris and Todd Strickland and wife Amy of Nichols; step-son, Kenneth Fowler and wife Bridgett of Benson, N.C.; daughter, Sheila Hawley and husband Billy of Lucama, N.C.; stepdaughter, Michelle Fowler of Benson, N.C.; many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Donnie Layne Todd and wife Devona of Loris; and two sisters, Delila Lee and Sybil Allen and husband James all of Loris.
Visitation was held at 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Cherry Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. John Holmes and the Rev. Ragsdale Allsbrook officiating. Committal services were held at Cherry Hill Cemetery.
