On Saturday, Aug. 3, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Harbourgate Marina in North Myrtle Beach, Freedom Boat Club is doing a BBQ with all the trimmings including dessert, soda and water. Entertainment will include local band, Atomic Potion, and The Aloha Experience Hula Dancers and Fire Breathers.
Tickets are $20 and all the proceeds will go directly to Julie’s Kids. The boat club is paying for everything so all the money raised will go directly to Julie’s Kids to help them with back to school items.
They also have a Luau Wish Tree with angels that the kids made up with their back to school wish lists. They can call 843-732-3777 for tickets or information. School supplies or monetary donations can be dropped off at Freedom Boat Club in North Myrtle Beach.
