Pasquale M. Colicchio III, 63, of North Myrtle Beach passed away on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020. Born in Plainfield, N.J., he was the son of Patsy M. and Lucille Riggi Colicchio. Nadine C. Peavy, 72, of Loris, wife of the late Joseph M. Peavy, passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2020. Mrs. Peavy was born in Loris, a daughter of the late C.R. and Letha Prince Tyler. She was a member of Cane Branch Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday School teacher, choir member,  Vacation Bible School director, one of the church pianists and was active in other areas of the church. Charles “Chuck” Edward Strazinsky, 70, of Longs died on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020, with his family by his side in Longs,. He was born on Jan. 2, 1950, in Cleveland, Ohio, to John and Julia Strazinsky and was the youngest of three siblings. Chuck was a warehouse manager at a biomedical company for thirty-seven years in the Cleveland area before retiring to Longs in 2005. By Ruben Lowman North Myrtle Beach officials addressed residents concerns regarding rules for short-term property rentals within city limits at a recent council workshop. The issues involving short-term properties and their renters that have been taken up by the council consist of excessive noise, parking and trash complaints. Alabama Theatre reopens to the public
