The Loris Recreation football season began on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 10:15 a.m. with the Little Lions roaring onto the field to take on the Aynor Blue Jackets. The Loris Chamber of Commerce presented the Miss Loris Bog-Off Festival Pageant on Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Loris High School auditorium beginning at 1 p.m. The emcees for the pageant were Greg and Morina Martin.
