Enjoy The Tams in a Friday,Aug. 16, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. concert at the North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex Amphitheater.
The free concert is part of the Sounds of Summer concert series presented by the North Myrtle Beach Parks & Recreation Department and Food Lion.
The Tams have been entertaining and thrilling audiences for over 50 years. They are known for such hits as “Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy”, “What Kind of Fool” and “Hey Girl Don’t Bother Me”. The Tams have had several gold records and one platinum single. Though their style of music has historically been referred to as beach music, it can also be classified as a mixture of smooth soul and R&B. This show is fun, fresh and exciting.
