Area first responders are continuing to search for a local boater who has been missing since Thursday.

The North Myrtle Beach High School Lady Chiefs varsity basketball team stayed home last week as they lost a Wednesday game against South Florence and then beat Myrtle Beach Friday on senior night.

The North Myrtle Beach Chiefs lost 51-49 to South Florence last Wednesday and then ended the week on the short end of a 57-47 score in Friday’s second home game of the week.
