The North Myrtle Beach Aquatic and Fitness Center will hold their 5th annual members and guests golf tournament on Saturday, Aug. 17, at Possum Trot Golf Course with proceeds going to Teen Angels. Teen Angels is a local outreach organization that supports homeless teens and teens in need at North Myrtle Beach High School by providing school books, yearbooks, prom attire, transportation to doctors or dentists and other things to help keep these teens in school. Prior to the July 15 North Myrtle Beach City Council meeting, Council members met in executive session for legal briefings regarding the Parkway Planned Development Agreement and City Code Section 5-27-150 pertaining to opening, closing or altering streets.
