Billie Livingston Todd, a mother, sister, grandmother and friend took her final breath surrounded by loved ones at her home in Little River singing one of her favorite hymns, “Amazing Grace,” on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.Her weak body immediately became strong as she saw her Lord and Savior and surely she is dancing on those streets of gold. We believe she was greeted by her husband, the love of her life, and her daughter, Tammy Drew Todd, who died at the age of seven in 1965 in Little River. Barrie Lee Harrelson

Barrie Lee Harrelson, 79, of Loris passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence. Born on June 21, 1941, in Mullins, he was the son of the late David Henry Harrelson and the late Elizabeth Drew Harrelson. Mr. Harrelson served his country with courage, honor and distinction in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. After his service he was the owner and operator of Harrelson’s Seafood in Murrells Inlet until his retirement. Mr. Harrelson was a loving husband and father with many interests outside of his work. Vivian Mary “Viv” Donlon, nee Hasuly, of Little River passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020, after a long battle with congestive heart failure. She was born the youngest of three children in Perth Amboy, N.J., on Aug. 19, 1946, to Frank and Mary Hasuly. She began working as a secretary at Perth Amboy General Hospital after graduating from Perth Amboy High School. On Oct. 4, 1969, she married James Donlon. They began building their family in Bloomfield, N.J., and then settled in bucolic Hampton, N.J. She was predeceased by her brother, Francis. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, …

Lucille Todd Graham, 79, of Loris passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at her home. She was born on Oct. 9, 1940, in Jacksonville, N.C., to the late Marvin Todd and the late Dulah Todd Richardson. Mrs. Graham worked as an inspector with Talon until her retirement and was a longtime member of Pleasant Meadow Baptist Church. Elsie Cansler Graham, 87, of Loris entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 5, 2020. She was born on Feb. 28, 1933, in Edgefield, N.C., to the late Isaac Avery Cansler and the late Myrtle Ann Workman Cansler. She was married to the late Floyd Elmon Graham. The two made their living farming and after her husband’s death, she continued her produce garden as long as she was able. On Tuesday, June 2, 2020, Ralph Patrick Phillips of North Myrtle Beach passed away peacefully at age 72 surrounded by his loving family. Ralph was born on Feb. 13, 1948, in Brighton, Mass. He proudly served during the Vietnam Conflict in the U.S. Army and worked 30 years for the telephone company before retiring to the North Myrtle Beach area in 1999. Kevin F. Hanley, 67, of Little River and formerly of New Jersey passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020, at his residence after a short illness. Kevin was born in Jersey City, N.J., a son of the late Frank L. and Dr. Mildred Lutton Hanley. Born on July 21, 1944, in Camaguey, Cuba, he was the son of the late Luis and Georgina Sevilla Sanz. Carlos emigrated from Cuba in 1962. He began his career with General Motors on the assembly line and climbed the management ranks with over 39 dedicated years.
