Gavin Chase Powell, 28, of Longs, SC went home to rest in the arms of his Heavenly Father on April 6th, 2019. Gavin, the son of Cathy L. Snead and Ben Powell, III, was born on August 2, 1990. While on this earth, he brought an indescribable joy to everyone who knew him, through his gentleness, his loving and forgiving nature, and especially through his immense musical talents. John W. Player, Sr., 88, formerly of North Myrtle Beach, SC, died April 5, 2019 at Westminster Towers, Rock Hill, SC. Mr. Player was a member of Living Water Baptist Church and Grand Strand Masonic Lodge #392 in North Myrtle Beach. Survivors include two sons, Michael V. Player and John W. Tony Farrell Craven, 72, died April 13, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC. Born on August 20, 1946 in Pinehurst, NC, he was the son of the late Farrell Lester and Montie “Glenn” Lewis Craven. He was an avid fisherman. Wayne Anthony Graci, 70, of Loris passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at his home. He was born on Sept. 20, 1948, in New Brunswick, N.J, to the late Samuel Graci and the late Patricia Rizzo Graci Spampinato. Raymond A. Boseman of North Myrtle Beach passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2019. He graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and retired from Exide Electronics in Raleigh, N.C., in 1989. The family moved to their home on Sept. 22, 1989, the day of Hurricane Hugo. He enjoyed golfing in the area for almost thirty years.
