Wayne Anthony Graci

Wayne Anthony Graci, 70, of Loris passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at his home. He was born on Sept. 20, 1948, in New Brunswick, N.J, to the late Samuel Graci and the late Patricia Rizzo Graci Spampinato.

Mr. Graci served his country with courage, honor and dignity in the United States Marine Corps. during the Vietnam War where he was a point man. He earned both the Vietnam Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal for his valor.

Wayne was the anchor of his community and honorary social director for all fun activities and engagements. He was an avid gardener who loved to fish, hunt, travel and work. He will be most remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and dear friend to all who were blessed to have known him.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Graci of the home; three sons, Anthony Graci and wife Rebecca of Harmony, Fla., Jason Browne of Sayreville, N.J., and Edward Browne of Oldbridge, N.J.; his daughter, Tiea Zehnbauer- Devincentis and husband Jim of Bonita Springs, Fla.; six grandchildren, James, Maxwell, Rachel, Morgan, Nikolas and Matthew; his brother, Bruce Graci and wife Kathy of Monroe, N.J.; and four sisters, Teri Schulte and husband Jeff of Princeton, N.J., Karen Piren and husband Mike of New Jersey, Carol Fisher and husband Bob and Arlene Spampinato, all of New York.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Michael Graci.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5, from 9 until 11 a.m. at Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at Hardwick Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Tim Osment officiating. Committal services with military honors will follow at Twin City Memorial Gardens in Loris.
