Annie Juanice “Neecy” Mincey, 83, of North Myrtle Beach passed away after a short illness on Friday, March 20, 2020.
Born in Horry County and living most of her life in Mullins, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Wadis L. Mincey and Ruth Collins Mincey.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Lavern Mincey.
Surviving are two nieces and two nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
