On Friday, March 20, 2020, C. Olin Collins Sr., age 85, also lovingly known as “Daddy” and “GDaddy,” of Moncks Corner went to his eternal rest with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was born on October 11, 1934, in Barnwell, S.C., to the late C. Director explains how nature enhances life

Jimmy Otto Day, 68, of Longs passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020. Mr. Day was born in Loris, a son of the late Otto and Minnie Suggs Day. He was a member of Camp Swamp United Methodist Church and was a member of the Tuesday Morning Bible study group in Loris. Mr. Day was the owner and operator of Day’s Fireplaces and had previously been employed by Ocean Drive Gas and Appliance Company in North Myrtle Beach for over 30 years. Ruth G. Hudson, 77, of Myrtle Beach passed peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Portside Grande Dunes surrounded by her loving family. Born on Oct. 19, 1942, in Salina, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Evelyn Kline Greene. Ruth attended a one-room grade school in Mentor, Kan., and high school in Salina.
