Gary Andrew Marschke

Gary Andrew Marschke, 72, formerly of Baltimore, Md., died Friday, May 8, 2020, at his home in Longs.

Born on Oct. 31, 1947 in Mount Kisco, N.Y., he was the son of the late Richard and Hazel Marschke.

He grew up and spent many years in Baltimore. He was an avid golfer, which brought him to South Carolina in his later years.

Mr. Marschke is survived by his children, David Marschke and Beth Ozazewski (Christopher); brother, Donald Marschke; sister, Dawn Schafer;  two grandchildren, Ava and Alexandra Ozazewski; and partner, Myrna MacSweyn. 

He was predeceased by one grandson, Matthew Austin Marschke.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services were private with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
