Peggy Harrelson Clemons

Peggy Harrelson Clemons, 87, of Green Sea went to be with her heavenly father on Tuesday, April 28, 2020, after an extended illness. Mrs. Clemons was born on Dec. 18, 1932, in Loris to the late Harmon Quincy Harrelson and the late Minnie Pridgen Harrelson. She was a member of Green Sea Baptist Church for 57 years and currently a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Loris. She was a seamstress prior to her retirement after 25 years with Tabor Products. Mrs. Clemons will be most remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.

Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Lynn Clemons of Green Sea; and many loving nieces and nephews; and extended family.

Mrs. Clemons was predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Vernon K. Clemons; three brothers, Dorris Harrelson, Woodrow Harrelson and Winston Harrelson; and four sisters, Elise Roberts, Edna Tyler, Evon Phipps and Minnette Hill.
